At Structural Health Therapy our goal is to help each client achieve a state of balance in their body. Often the body is in pain or discomfort from chronic holding patterns, poor posture or old injuries. We tailor each client's massage to their individual needs by utilizing multiple massage modalities like deep tissue, sport, structural integration, and trigger point therapy. Tools such as cupping, massage gun and hot stones may be used to achieve these goals.
NOTICE: To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the State of Virginia requires masks to be worn during the service. The office will be disinfected between each service.
